About Us
Greg Migdale is the Chief Executive Officer of Monterey Cypress Appraisal and a highly credentialed professional in the commercial appraisal industry. He holds the prestigious AI-GRS designation and is certified by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) as a USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) Instructor. He is also a former appraisal instructor at Monterey Peninsula College.
Mr. Migdale specializes in the review of commercial Appraisal Reports for properties located throughout California. Among approximately 90,000 licensed appraisers nationwide, he is one of fewer than 450 certified by the AQB to teach USPAP, underscoring his commitment to professional standards and education within the field.
He currently serves as a USPAP Instructor for the Appraisal Institute and has previously taught courses in appraisal principles and practices at the collegiate level.
Mr. Migdale is honored to assist the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers (BREA) with development of California’s appraiser licensing requirements.
